Mende Cybernetics, LLC was founded in 2020, by Farrad Ali, with the goal of providing enterprise-class IT managed services to businesses and organizations. A core component of our mission is to become a valued technology strategy partner with our customers.

We know that after we listen to you, the customer, we can add value via process improvements and automation. We make it our mission to produce immediate, strategic contributions to improve IT operations. In today’s climate, keeping organizations in compliance with IT security best practices is a core element of any IT solution.  

Mende Cybernetics operates IT operations centers to provide managed IT services to its customers. These operations centers combine the management of network and security systems to provide a holistic management process to improve IT service delivery.

Farrad has a global IT perspective and believes that developing countries in Africa are prime to participate in the development of new technologies that improve quality of life and make for a better tomorrow.

In February 2020, Farrad traveled to Akinoma, a village in the Central Region of Ghana, to help open a school library and computer center. During this visit, he met administrators, teachers and students that left a indelible impact on him. The educational technology consulting that Mende Cybernetics performs has it origins from this experience. The images on this page are from that trip.
